Sunday AM for me and I can’t decide whether to love or hate Pinterest.  I read that is it one of the top ten social media sites now.  I have an account but have not pinned too many pictures.  I must not be doing it right because it takes a bit of time.  I am definitely inspired by other peoples boards and pins.  It is definitely a visual feast of inspiration.  Another good thing is my some pins drive visitors to my blog.  Here’s some inspiration I found this AM:
http://thedesignalphabet.blogspot.com/2010/03/jennifer-mercede.html so fun giraffe

http://pinterest.com/ginia/ She spends a lot of time pinning things so I don’t have too.

then to http://pinterest.com/pin/276971445802780235/  a bold sketch book by Martha Rich

and to the Jealous Curator and to Kiki and Polly art by Lisa Golightly.

Now I just have to STOP!!.  I already have too many ideas,

  1.  paint a wonderful loose giraffe,
  2. just look around the internet for a visual breakfast,
  3. boldly paint my sketchbook,
  4. find a way to offer fun/experiential workshops
  5.  and sell prints on Etsy or other venue.

Surprised Again – Taxes and Art can be interesting

Gelatin plate hearts for printing

Last night at the Artist Professional Tool Box the topic was taxes.  I was pleasantly surprised again.  No taxes are not something that I love thinking about or doing but Michael Tucci of Ercolini & Company manage to inspire me to put more time into doing my taxes.  He even has an intro YouTube video.    Happy Printing!
