I have been busy finishing stuff. I love to start things and to play with images and layers and paints and then leave it in a pile or drawer or box. So this show at the Stetson Gallery has motivted me to finish several small prints and cards and mixed media pieces. I made some prints of several mixed media pieces that I have in the show. so though some of this has been frustrating, I feel that I have made some good progress. I am so ready for the spring planting rush to be finished. I need more time in the studio and less time on the farm! Enjoy!

I love both this piece and the title! Very poignant. And it’s good to hear another artist talk about frustration. Although lately I’ve been trying to regard unfinished or unsatisfying pieces as “design problems” needing solutions rather than of sources of frustration, just a little turn in the looking makes all the difference I am finding.
Thanks – that is a great idea to tweak the perspective on “Frustration” Enjoy the day
