I put together a short video on how to refresh your soggy old gelatin plate. After doing the video I realized that the gelatin does not need to be blended. It is enough to just cut it up into 1 inch pieces. It is quicker and less mess. I also found that to add a couple tablespoons of new disolved gelatin to the old stuff helps make the gelatin firmer. Thank you for the video. I will definitely use this information. Great for recycling, especially since the gelatin can’t be put down the sink drain.
