Wow it has been a week, since I have been here. November is flying by and Christmas is around the corner. I have been mailing out work and finishing prints to show or sell or submit to shows. As deadlines approach, I can easily talk myself out of meeting them. I am pleased to say that I have met my goals this week and have not let the deadlines slip by. It is a busy week preparing for a couple of local shows, going to a printmakers meeting, planning a 50th wedding anniversary party and working on the farm. I have to thank my friends in my Artists’ Way group for supporting me and holding me accountable for my goals. It helps to have to report in to someone else. http://www.linda-germain.com/ http://www.youtube.com/user/lgcreate

Lovely piece…hats off to you on meeting your goals. I can say easily that my artist group and artist friends are the glue in my art making life. Sounds like you have a great support system and you are very busy!
Thanks for the encouragement. I am grateful for the “glue”
It has always seemed to me that women have to balance so much in their lives; family obligations and work being two huge responsibilities. But there’s also a responsibility to yourself, especially if you’re an artist , and I applaud you for meeting your goals and finding the time to nourish your creative self. Your work looks great!
